GoFast Nation Skidoo Summit Expert Turbo Sweepstakes Official Rules.
Please read these Rules carefully. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or submitting your entry, you are indicating that you have read, understood and fully agree to these Rules.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The GoFast Nation Skidoo Summit Expert Turbo Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) entries will be accepted online starting at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) on September 1st 2025 and ending 11:59:59 p.m. MT on December 26th 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO BE SELECTED AS THE WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
ELIGIBILITY:
GoFast Nation INC “Sweepstakes” is open to permanent legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and have a valid driver’s license. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure eligibility requirements are met. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements outlined in these Official Rules.
HOW TO ENTER: There are multiple ways to earn entries in the sweepstakes:
1. By purchasing direct entries on the Sponsor’s website at gofastnation.com during the promotion period. Entries will only be available for purchase during the promotion period. Entrants may purchase multiple entries. Entry purchases are non-refundable. There may be limited time discount codes shared throughout the promotion period on different social media platforms.
2. During the Sweepstakes Period you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for every $1 spent on an eligible purchase at www.gofastnation.com (the “GoFast Nation Website”) (e.g., a $14 purchase (before sales tax) will earn 14 entries). Orders over $150 will receive a bonus of 150 entires. The number of entries you receive will be based on the list price of your eligible purchase (excludes sales tax and shipping/handling charges), less any credits or discounts. If a purchase is returned prior to the Sweepstakes drawing, entries associated with that purchase will be voided. All purchases are subject to Sponsor’s return policy. Your purchase transaction must be completed and received by 11:59:59 p.m. MT on December 26th 2025 to be eligible to receive entries.
3. Extra Entry Periods (at Sponsor’s discretion): Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may announce on www.gofastnation.com, and/or on its social media pages, opportunities to earn additional entries (for example, “2X” entries, “3X” entries or “10X” entries), via a purchase of select brands or the entire website catalog (each, a “Multiplier Period”). The multiplier on entries may vary based on the identified participating products. Exact details will be provided in the announcement, including Multiplier Period dates exact multiplier amount, and eligible products.
1. Mail-In Free Method of Entry (handwritten 4x6 postcard only): To enter without making a purchase, print your full name, address, city, province, postal code, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and hand write the phrase “I want to win the GoFast Nation Skidoo Summit Expert Turbo Sweepstakes” as well as a description of why you want to win the Skidoo Summit Expert Turbo on a 4x6 postcard (no outer envelope) and mail with proper postage to: GoFast Nation, PO Box 2183, Stony Plain Alberta T7Z 1X7, Canada (each postcard must be mailed individually - multiple/bulk mailings will not be accepted). Mail-in entries will not be judged. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 20th 2025 and received by December 26th 2025. No photocopies, facsimiles or reproductions of mail-in entry requests will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. All information must be complete to be eligible. Personal information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the Sweepstakes and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner, unless entrant agrees to receive further information on Sponsor’s or prize partner’s products and promotions. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter sweepstakes is prohibited. For each eligible postcard mailed in, according to the instructions above, you will receive twenty-five (25) entries into the Sweepstakes.
Only fully complete and compliant entries are eligible pursuant to these Official Rules, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions made by Sponsor relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding in all respects.
Those who do not follow all instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. Entries submitted by those who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. All materials submitted become the physical property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the email address associated with the entry for the domain associated with the submitted address, provided that person is eligible. Winner may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. Registered account holder is defined as the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. In the event that a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
USE OF INFORMATION:
All information must be complete to be eligible. Personal information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the sweepstakes and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner. By entering this sweepstakes you agree that any member of GoFast Nation INC will have the right, as permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the winner’s name, picture, voice, or statements about the sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
SELECTION OF WINNER:
The potential Winner will be selected by a random drawing among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, under the supervision of Sponsor on or about January 1st 2026. The potential winner will be notified via the contact information provided at checkout when purchasing entries or via the information on mail in method of entry. The potential winner will be notified within five (5) calendar days following the drawing and will be required to take all necessary steps to claim the prize. GoFast Nation INC holds no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices as a result of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random. The potential winner of the prize offered in this sweepstakes must comply with any and all federal and provincial laws and regulations associated with accepting the prize. Violation of these rules by a selected winner will result in the selected winner’s immediate disqualification from the sweepstakes at the sole discretion of GoFast Nation INC.
Potential Winner becomes the “Winner” only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor. If the potential Winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if the potential Winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential Winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit the prize and an alternate Winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries, up to three (3) alternates, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. If, for any reason, more than one (1) bona fide Winner comes forward seeking to claim the prize, the Winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for the prize. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the potential Winner.
PRIZE DETAILS: The confirmed winner of the Sweepstakes (the “Winner”) will choose one (1) from the following two (2) prize options:
Prize option 1: One (1) 2023 Skidoo Summit Expert 154 3 inch Turbo. The Skidoo will have 1000 Km or less on the odometer. The prize winner is responsible for registration and any other expenses not listed related to acceptance and use of prize and must provide a valid driver’s license. The prize is awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind. The prize winner is responsible for the payment of taxes on their prize and for any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize. The winner will receive the prize by freight methods selected by GoFast Nation INC or will be delivered directly by a member of GoFast Nation INC depending on the location of the winner. The prize will also be available for pick up by the winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $15,000 (“Prize Option 1")
Prize option 2: One (1) check for $8,000 (“Prize Option 2”).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless GoFast Nation INC and its members from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (1) such entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, (2) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
DISPUTES:
By entering the sweepstakes, entrant agrees that to the extent permitted by applicable law: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Alberta having jurisdiction; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual third-party, out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any) not to exceed five dollars (CAN $5.00), but in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable; (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, lost profits, and/or any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses not to exceed five dollars (CAN $5.00), and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (4) entrants’ remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and entrant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability, so the above may not apply to you. Each participant agrees (1) to abide by the terms of these official rules and the decisions of the sweepstakes entities which are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes, and (2) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any and all claims or liability in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize including, without limitation, any activity related thereto.
